Our GILI ginger elixir is an alcohol-free BIO ginger concentrate made from: GINGER - LEMON - HONEY. Nothing more, nothing less.
They will rock your taste buds at any time of the day. It's the perfect substitute for any sugary lemonade or alcoholic drink. Its spicy flavour satisfies our desire for drinks that are often too sweet or alcoholic.

How to drink it?
Pure
Dare a shot to keep you hot (be careful, it tickles the taste buds)
Tea
Jazz up your tea by adding the elixir to hot water or tea
Diluted
Whip up your own lemonade by diluting it with (sparkling) water or mixing it with fruit juices for a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail

Homemade Ginger Kombucha
1 serving
1 min ( ≥ 1 week resting)
Ingredients:
- Last drops of GILI Ginger Elixir
- 50cl Water
- 33g Sugar (2/3 of water)
- 1tbsp Grinded Ginger
HOW TO:
- Keep your last bit of Gili Ginger Elixir in your bottle and add water, sugar, and grinder ginger. Shake well. Open the bottle and shake again, repeat this twice.
- Now let the fermentation process begin by storing the bottle in a warm & dark space (the storing place should be at room temperature or warmer).
- Repeat the same process once a day for 5 days: adding the water, sugar, and grinder ginger and shaking well.
- Wait at least one week & enjoy your home-made Kombucha!
