RECIPES   MOCKTAILS


GINGER MOJITO

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 3 cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 6 cl brown rum

  • 1 tbsp brown cane sugar

  • 5 Feuilles de menthe

  • 1/2 lime (cut into cubes) 

  • GILI ginger lemonade or sparkling water 

  • Glace pilée 

COMMENT

  1. Squeeze the lime wedges, sugar, mint, and GILI ginger elixir using a muddler.
  2. Add crushed ice to the mixture.
  3. Pour in the rum.
  4. Top it off with sparkling water or GILI lemonade.
  5. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  6. Serve in a highball glass. Enjoy!


CONSEIL DU CHEF ENZO:

Top off with angostura bitter for the mixologists amongst us. Replace the water by prosecco for the naughty ones.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
