GINGER MOJITO

INGREIDENTS

  • 3 cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 6 cl brown Rum

  • 1 tbsp brown cane sugar

  • 5 mint leaves

  • 1/2 lime (cut into cubes)

  • GILI ginger lemonade or sparkling water 

  • Crushed ice

HOW TO

Squeeze the lime wedges, sugar, mint, and GILI ginger elixir with a muddler. Add the crushed ice, followed by the rum. Top off with sparkling water or GILI lemonade. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Serve in a highball glass.

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

Replace the water by prosecco for the naughty ones. Top off with angostura bitter for the mixologists amongst us. If you like it a bit more zesty, you can replace the sparkling water by our Gili Ginger Soda.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
