3 cl GILI ginger elixir

1/2 lemon juice

5 cl gin

2 cl amaretto or almond syrup

Splash of syrup sugar (optional)

Pinch of pepper & turmeric powder

5 cl sparkling water

Ice cubes
HOW TO
- In a long drink glass, combine GILI ginger elixir, Gin, Amaretto, Lemon, Spices, and sugar (for those with a sweet tooth).
- Stir well.
- Top it off with sparkling water and ice cubes. Enjoy!
TIP BY CHEF ENZO:
For the sweet tooth: replace the sparkling water by GILI sparkling ginger lemonade, for an extra punch.
Leave out to make an alcohol-free cocktail (Mocktail).
