INGREDIËNTEN

  • 2 cl GILI ginger elixir 

  • 2 cl peach puree

  • 1 bottle of Appletiser or Prosecco

HOW TO

PERZIK PUREE:

  1. Quickly peel fresh peaches by blanching them in boiling water for 45 seconds, then transfer them to ice-cold water to easily remove the skin.
  2. Remove the pits by hand.
  3. Blend the peaches in a blender until a smooth, frothy puree forms.

MOCKTAIL:

  1. In a champagne glass, combine 1 tbsp of peach puree with GILI ginger elixir.
  2. Top it off with fresh appletiser.
  3. Serve chilled. Enjoy!

TIP VAN CHEF ENZO:

Add a pinch of cinnamon to the peach puree if you like.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
