3 cl GILI ginger elixir
- 3 cl of your favourite alcohol (we opt for brown rum)

21cl Bruiswater (plat water is ook mogelijk als je niet van bubbels houdt)
HOW TO
- Mix GILI ginger elixir with (sparkling) water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves for a fancy touch.
- Add ice cubes when it's summertime for that extra chill. Enjoy!
TIP VAN CHEF ENZO:
You can adjust the ginger strength by adding more/less GILI ginger elixir. Or for a quick fix, simply pour our GILI sparkling ginger lemonade into a glass with ice cubes. Enjoy!
Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
