BELGIAN SMOKED SALMON TOAST

INGREIDENTS

  • 3cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 2 Slices Smoked Salmon

  • 1/2 Box JDS Almond Thins

  • 6cl Sour Cream

  • Pinch of Paprika Powder

HOW TO 

Cut the salmon into thin slices & matinate in GILI ginger elixir. Mix the sour cream & paprika in a bowl until a smooth cream. Cover the Almond Thins with this mixture, and divide the marinated salmon slices on the toasts.

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

Serve with a GILI lemonade to create the perfect non-alcoholic apéro moment!
