This grandmothers recipe is ideal to fight your cold.
- 6cl GILI ginger elixir
- 6cl Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1tsp Turmeric powder
- 1tsp Honey (Manuka honey for an extra immunity boost)
- 1tsp Cinnamon powder (or 1/2 cinnamon stick): optional
HOW TO
The perfect immunity boost recipe to get through the winter months.
1. Heat up all ingredients together in a pan on medium heat and mix in a (high speed) blender.
2. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy.
TIP BY CHEF ENZO:
If you're not a big fan of cinnamon, just leave it out.
