6 cl GILI ginger elixir

3 cl almond syrup (to replace the amaretto)
- 3 cl amaretto

6 cl lemon juice

1 egg white
HOW TO
- Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a tumbler glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
- Enjoy your drink!
TIP BY CHEF ENZO:
If you like it less spicy, add 3 cl of GILI ginger elixir instead of 6cl.
Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
