GINGER MOJITO

INGREIDENTS

3 cl GILI ginger elixir

6 cl brown rum
-
1 tbsp brown cane sugar
-
5 mint leaves
-
1/2 lime (cut into cubes)

GILI ginger lemonade or sparkling water

Crushed ice
HOW TO
- Squeeze the lime wedges, sugar, mint, and GILI ginger elixir using a muddler.
- Add crushed ice to the mixture.
- Pour in the rum.
- Top it off with sparkling water or GILI lemonade.
- Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Serve in a highball glass. Enjoy!
TIP BY CHEF ENZO:
Top off with angostura bitter for the mixologists amongst us. Replace the water by prosecco for the naughty ones.
Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
