Moroccan Iced Tea

INGREDIËNTEN

  • 1 cup GILI ginger-lemon herbal tea

  • 3 cl of brown rum
  • 5 Munt blaadjes 

  • 2tbsp honey

HOW TO

  1. Steep GILI herbal tea and mint leaves in a teapot for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in honey.
  3. Transfer the infused tea to a large pitcher or teapot (use a strainer if your teapot doesn't have a filter).
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve in a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

TIP VAN CHEF ENZO:

If you like bubbly iced tea, top off with sparkling water (about 1/4). And for an extra zesty taste, add GILI ginger elixir.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
