INGREIDENTS

6 cl GILI curcuma elixir

3 cl sugar syrup (we used Bacana BIO Verveine syrup)
- A splash of water or 3 cl brown rum

1/2 fresh squeezed Lemon juice
- 1 egg white

Ice cubes
HOW TO
- In a cocktail shaker, combine GILI curcuma elixir, syrup, lemon juice, egg white, and a splash of water.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain and serve in a martini cocktail glass. Enjoy!
TIP BY CHEF ENZO:
If you shake well enough, you can leave out the splash of water.
Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
